The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Nerja.
I found the breakfast arrangement very disorganised. It felt chaotic, and I had to help others with the toaster and cutlery. The noise from the square was quite disturbing, especially during late nights and early mornings. My room lacked a balcony and natural light.

the room was spotless and reasonably large with a terrace, air conditioning and safety measures included smoke detectors. everything was very good, including bright room decor. this location was great and fantastic, just off bars, restaurants and the stunning views of the balcon, the centre of the touristic part of nerja and all the restaurants. furthermore, in a very pleasant area.

The rooftop terrace was so small, I almost felt cramped . Woudl ve been nice if they had upgraded my room considering the claustrophobic space! And don't get me started on breakfast, absoluteely chaotic and poorly organized! I just couldn't recommend this place after all the fuss, I expected much better treatment.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the Balcon de Europa and in the vicinity of many restaurants. And the staff (especially at the reception) was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is in need of improvement. We only had breakfast in the hotel for one morning and from the visual and selection point of view there is air to the top. There are many cafés around it, so we had a few alternatives.

Super centrally located hotel, only a few meters away from the Place de Europa. Very clean and comfortably furnished. The staff is helpful and friendly. Arrival and departure went smoothly.

Perfect location on a lively plaza, very close to Balcon de Europa. Nice breakfast with adequate choices--not fancy, but fine. Loved being able to open windows to balcony overlooking the square. So glad we chose this, rather than one of the thousands of character-less high rises lining the beach north and south of Nerja. Lots of choices for food and shopping in town. Close to Beach Papagayo- fantastic-- with its very good and reasonable restaurant.
Older fixtures, Room (with 3 beds) very cramped. Wi-fi not available in room. Breakfast served in basement (2 floors down!) seemed airless.
